Solutions

What we build for the lab.

Custom tools that fit how your team already works, from the instrument to the report. Four service lines, and most projects touch more than one.

Lab data automation

Every instrument export picked up, checked and filed in the right place, without anyone copying cells between spreadsheets.

What we build

  • Automatic pickup of exports from instrument PCs and shared drives the moment a run finishes
  • Parsers for your instruments' file formats, with plate maps, sample IDs and units attached
  • Automatic QC: controls, standard curves and replicates checked before anyone looks at the data
  • Clean records written to your ELN, LIMS, database or cloud bucket, with a trail back to the raw file
  • Alerts when a run fails QC, and reports that assemble themselves

Typical sources

  • Plate readers
  • qPCR instruments
  • Flow cytometers
  • HPLC and LC-MS
  • Sequencers
  • Bioreactors

Typical destinations

  • ELN
  • LIMS
  • SQL database
  • Cloud storage
  • Slack or Teams alerts

In silico research tools

Custom bioinformatics, from raw reads to answers: pipelines and analysis apps built around your data and your questions.

What we build

  • Sequencing pipelines: QC, alignment, variant calling, expression
  • Microbial genomics: assembly, annotation, resistance and virulence genes, phylogenies
  • Protein and structure workflows, and design tools for primers, guides and constructs
  • Web apps so bench scientists can run analyses without a terminal

Lab operations apps

Samples, freezers, reagents and studies tracked in one place your whole team trusts, not in a shared spreadsheet.

What we build

  • Sample registries with barcode or QR labels, printed from the app
  • Freezer, rack and box maps, so anyone can find tube 47 in seconds
  • Aliquot histories and chain of custody, including shipments between sites and central labs
  • Reagent and consumable inventory with lot numbers, expiration dates and reorder alerts
  • Instrument scheduling, and dashboards for studies, projects and sample status

AI for scientific documents

Literature, reports and SOPs searched, summarized and drafted with AI, each answer linked to the passage it came from so your scientists can check it.

What we build

  • Literature triage: new papers screened against your topics, summarized with citations
  • Extraction of values and tables from PDFs such as CRO reports and certificates of analysis
  • First drafts of study reports, SOPs and protocols, built from your data and your templates
  • A private assistant that searches your internal documents and quotes the exact passage

Your scientists review every draft; the AI never has the last word. We choose models and hosting that keep your documents confidential, including deployment in your own cloud account.

How we work

Small, working steps. No black boxes.

  1. 01

    Workflow call

Thirty minutes, free. We map one workflow: where the data starts, where it has to end up, and who loses time in between.

    30 min · free

  2. 02

    Written proposal

Scope, timeline and a fixed price for the first stage, in writing, before you commit to anything.

    Fixed price

  3. 03

    Build in increments

A working version early, then improvements every week or two, tested on your real files and checked by your scientists.

    Demos every week or two

  4. 04

    Handover and support

Code, documentation and training. Run it yourselves, or keep us on for updates as your workflow changes.
