Who is responsible
FairIntellect Technologies ("we") runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to r.martina@fairintech.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company or lab, your role if you give it, your message and, if you pick one, a preferred time for the call.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the service. We use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies, and the site sets no cookies of its own. The sequence workbench on the in silico page runs entirely in your browser: sequences you paste there are never sent to us.
Why we use it
We use your contact details only to answer your request, arrange the call you asked for and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to the people who contact us and, where it applies, taking steps you ask for before a contract (Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores the contact form. Its spam filter (Akismet) checks each submission.
- Google Workspace runs our email, where form notifications arrive and replies are sent from.
- Telegram carries a short alert to our team with your name, email, company, role, preferred time and message, sent by an automation server we run ourselves.
They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, they rely on the transfer mechanisms the GDPR allows, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests as long as we need them to handle your request and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Hosting logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to limit or stop how we use it, and to give it to you in a portable format. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top.
